checkya 1,900% cash flow increase by redesigning peachpay to checkya
checkya started life as peachpay, a payments tool with real substance whose message kept missing. as the founder put it: "they didn't get me. i had a lot to give, but i couldn't get my point through to my users."
the platform struggled with retention and clarity, and cash flow sat at roughly $5,000 usd per month.

the rebrand
we rebuilt the product's identity from the ground up: a new name, a new logo, a new website, and a complete interface redesign, held together by a new design system based on untitledUI for consistency across the board.

components
a responsive web app for freelancers to invoice, get paid, and manage their business, redesigned screen by screen, then improved daily with new features long after launch.

results
after launching in april 2023, cash flow grew 1,900%, from $5,000 to $100,000 usd per month, alongside significant user growth and satisfaction improvements.
the product hunt launch reached 4th place with ~300 upvotes.
a note on attribution: the rebrand shipped together with new features, so the growth belongs to the whole team. design owned the clarity and retention work that made those features land.
